Founded in 1997 as a family business, Vranina Group was built on long-term vision, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. From the beginning, the company positioned itself in the interior solutions sector, laying the foundation for an organization driven by standards, structure, and trust.

During 1998–1999, the war in Kosovo disrupted operations and destroyed existing infrastructure, forcing the company to temporarily shut down. By the end of 1999, Vranina Group restarted from zero while maintaining the same strategic focus. The first showroom was opened in the center of Peja, marking the creation of the Vranina Office brand.

In 2002, the group expanded with the opening of a second location, strengthening its operational structure and building the foundation for steady growth. Between 2002 and 2014, the company developed a model based on stability, control, and gradual expansion. In 2006, it entered the hospitality sector with the opening of Hotel Vranina, positioning itself as a key urban reference point.

In 2014, the group entered the industrial sector with the establishment of Vranina Stone, expanding into the processing of construction materials and aggregates. This marked the transition into a multi-sector structure with independent yet coordinated business units.

In 2021, Vranina Group made another strategic move in hospitality and gastronomy with the opening of Vranina Palace, a modern urban venue designed for high-quality events and experiences.

In 2025–2026, the group continues its expansion with the opening of a third showroom in Pristina and the launch of Vranina Home, a modern production unit focused on European markets, marking a shift toward value-added industrial manufacturing.

Today, Vranina Group has operated continuously since 1997, with a presence across several strategic sectors, a consolidated structure, and a substantial workforce. Each business unit is built on stability, efficiency, and controlled growth, with standards comparable to international companies.
